However, for any reasons, you think that our hosting services do not live up to your expectations, you may cancel your account within 30 days after your account is setup, and we will refund your hosting fees, minus setup fees, domain registration fees, any option (add-on) fee, and/or any overage fees (if applicable).

 

ProPowerHosting will NOT grant "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" when a customer violates ProPowerHosting's Terms Use Policy, and thus the account is deleted or suspended.
When "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" is granted, the account will be stopped and shut down immediately.
The "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" can be used ONLY by new customers; Existing customers do not qualify for "30 Day Money Back Guarantee".
The "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" cannot be used for Plan change fees and/or Add-ons/option fees.
Past the 30 days after your account is setup, all sales are final and the "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" program cannot be used.
